I offer a variety of classes to meet your needs, whether you feel like something energising and active, or calming and grounding. There is something to suit all levels of experience too.
We start slow, connecting with the body and breath, and build up to a more creative and challenging sequence – often focusing on a particular area of the body or yoga posture, before winding down again. Suitable for those with some yoga experience. Great for: When you want to move and a bit of challenge!
Slow, long held floor postures designed to gently stress the tissues and mindfully bring awareness to the sensations in the body. Suitable for all, including beginners. Great for: When you want to be still and wind down after your day.
A slow and steady flow, focused on joint mobility, mindful movement, and connecting body, mind and breath. Suitable for all, including beginners. Great for: When you want to take your time and move more gently.

After booking you will receive an email with the information you need to join your class. Please log on at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the class. I will starting sharing a bit of info about the class a few minutes before we start, so we can begin our practice right on time.
For most classes, a few props will be handy. I recommend a blanket, strap or belt (a tie or scarf would work), and 2 yoga blocks (hardback books or tupperware boxes work if you don’t have blocks).
