New Year Mini Home RetrEat
Ease yourself into the new year with this mini retreat, right from the comfort of your own home.
Over 3 hours we will practice gentle yoga to get the body moving, and slow, mindful yin yoga to help us to be present and balance mind and body.
With the New Year there can be a big emphasis on making changes, starting new routines, and setting goals. Whether you’re embracing action, or leaning into the yin, winter season by slowing down, starting from a place of compassion, self care and inner kindness will support you on your journey. This retreat will help you to take some time out, tune out the noise, and come home to yourself.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.
